Established in 1992, Shijiazhuang has been manufacturing and selling various kinds of outdoor wear, leisure wear, work and safety wear for over 19 years. Our products are exported worldwide, specifically to the middle- and high-end buyers in the US and Europe.
Our ISO 9001:2000- and BSCI-certified factory has a monthly production capacity of 30,000 pieces for each line. To ensure our products meet Oeko-Tex standard 100 Class I guidelines, we have 60 QC staff with over 10 years of experience in internal QC. They inspect all our products during actual production as well as conduct final random inspections.
Depending on the merchandise, the inspections are carried out by using the MIL-STD-105E, level I or II with AQL levels either 1.5 or 2.5 for major defects and AQL levels 2.5 or 4.0 for minor defects. They also ensure the material quality and safety of the fabric. In fact, we only work with 20 partner factories, whom we have worked with for over 10 years, to ensure high quality. Furthermore, we also send all our products to a third-party inspector to further ensure our quality.
To keep up with the latest fashion trends, our R&D team composed of four engineers with five years of experience develops more than 30 new styles every season. They can also customize products based on buyer's requests. For customized products, we have a lead time of seven to 15 days.
